There are a great deal of options when it comes to gas stoves. They give you the beauty and comfort of a traditional wood burning stove, but with the convenience of gas.
You really will be amazed by the quality of the gas stove flame picture, whether you choose coal or log effects. Rather than filling up a log basket, your evening routine just involves turning a switch. Some gas fires come with remote control as standard!
Balanced Flue Gas Stoves
Don’t have a chimney? No problem, instead of the old fluelass gas fires where you had to also put a hole in your wall, you can now install a high efficency Balanced Flue Gas stove which flues straight out of the wall, meaning your home is toasty warm and looks GREAT!
Gas Stove Manufacturers
Our favourite gas stove manufacturers are all represented in our Luton Gas showroom, so that you can see the quality of the stove and the flame picture. Our preferred manufacturers are: Arada, Gazco, DRU and Jotul. Across the ranges, their gas stoves are made with the same quality in mind as their wood burning stoves: the Gazco and Arada gas stoves even come in the same cast iron and steel body as their woodburning counterpart.
Gas Stove Installation
Gas stoves are obviously installed by Gas Safe engineers rather than the woodburning variety, which are covered by HETAS. You can discuss your needs with our in-house engineers and we can install your gas stove or just supply it.
As preferred suppliers and installers, in many cases you are able to get extended guarantees when you use our in-house engineers and of course you benefit from just having one contact, but the choice is yours and if you already have a Gas Safe engineer in mind, they may well be able to install the gas stove – but it might be an idea to check with them first.
