Dimplex Electric Fires
Dimplex fires come with a range of effects and looks, to dress their 100% efficient 2kw fan heaters. In our Luton showroom we have examples of Dimplex hearth-bound traditional inset electric fires, like the Danville Optimist. We also have the ultra-modern, Dimplex Ignite XL (available to buy at the Luton showroom). The Ignite comes in two sizes. The stunning 74 inch XL74 – which, let’s face it we all want, but maybe we can’t all fit – and the slightly more manageable Ignite XL50 inch.

Dimplex Fire Effects
Optimyst – a “live” effect with a glowing mist coming up through a coal or a log fuel bed. Used in Dimplex wall hung fires, inset fires and stoves.
Opti-V – using HD TV technology Dimplex’s Opti-V fires have flames and sparks and the sound of burning logs to create a virtual fireplace experience like no other. Used for the beautiful free standing caged fire models the Violterra and Cellini.
Optiflame® is the most widely used electric flame effect. It puts the flame effect in the middle of a 3D fuel bed. Dimplex fires have really perfected this effect over the years and like all Dimplex electric fires, the effect can be used without the heating.
